Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 23, 2026 · Governing language: English

1. Who we are

OxAlpha Tax (“the Service”, “the App”) is owned and operated by Shalom, headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel (“the Operator”). By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of the service

OxAlpha Tax is a demonstration web application that showcases autonomous tax management for Israeli businesses: transaction capture and classification, tax estimation from published 2026 parameter tables, document generation with simulated allocation-number handling, and a human verification gate before any simulated submission. Figures shown are estimates produced by deterministic rules over sample or user-imported data.

3. How we handle your data

  • Local-only storage. In this deployment, all information you enter — transactions, documents, business profile — is stored exclusively in your own browser’s local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party by the App.
  • No accounts in this demo. We collect no registration data, no analytics cookies, and run no tracking scripts.
  • Your control. You can erase everything at any time via “Reset demo data” in Settings, or by clearing your browser storage.
  • Production design. The full production architecture specified for this product commits to encryption of financial data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 with application-layer envelope encryption), least-privilege access, immutable audit logs, and compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13) and GDPR-aligned controls. Those commitments apply when a server-backed version launches, not to this local demo.

4. AI disclosure — how this website was built

For legal transparency: this website was created by the AI model ox-alpha (model ID: x-preview-f-free), an LLM developed by an undisclosed organization, operated through the open-source opencode CLI agent framework, at the direction of the Operator. The model generated the design, code, and content of this App. Outputs of AI systems may contain errors; the code and all calculations are provided as-is and were subject only to the automated checks described in the repository.

5. No professional advice

Nothing in the App constitutes accounting, legal, or tax advice. Calculations are simplified demonstrations based on publicly available 2026 parameters and do not cover every rule, exemption, or personal circumstance. Always consult a licensed Israeli accountant or tax advisor before filing anything or making financial decisions. The optional accountant-review concept described in the product specification is not part of this demo.

6. Simulated integrations

Connections labelled Bit, PayBox, and Israel Tax Authority services are simulations for demonstration. No real bank, payment-provider, or government credentials are requested, stored, or transmitted by this build, and no document is actually filed with any authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and the Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of the App, including reliance on calculated figures, data loss due to browser storage clearing, or actions taken based on App output.

8. Intellectual property & changes

The App’s name, design, and code are the property of the Operator. These Terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the App.
